Transformative art is an engaged group process using creative and experiential components* to explore a topic, with the intent to examine and create a shift, or change in how participants experience some aspect of their life, or their work.

So powerful! I could literally feel

the energy in the room.

C. Bowers, holistic practitioner

Any topic or subject matter can be adapted to a transformative art approach. No previous creative experience is required of participants.

Two thumbs up!

One of the best workshops I’ve every attended.

The Philosophy

Transformative art is deeply rooted in a

co-creative philosophy, that is, the belief that we each capable of affecting our own experiences. And that we always have choice, even if that choice is simply to respond differently to life, which in itself, is quite powerful.

Absolutely remarkable!

This creative process is so healing.
